Registration for KSSPCON 2026 is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.

2. Accuracy of Information

Participants are responsible for providing accurate personal and professional information during registration.

3. Conference Participation

The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the conference schedule, speakers, venue, or program if required.

4. Badge & Entry

Registered delegates must wear their conference badge throughout the event for entry into scientific sessions and exhibition areas.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior throughout the conference. Any misconduct may result in removal from the event without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Conference materials, presentations, and publications remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and organizers.

7. Liability

The organizers shall not be responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the conference.
